Biography:

Allen Morgan is a great author who has written 25 books for children and 1 for adults. He was born on September 29, 1946 in New York City. He is married to Leslie and has a son named Timothy. In 1973 he became a Canadian citizen, also in the year 1980 Allen Morgan started writing his books. Before he became a author he had many different jobs such as a story teller, kindergarten teacher, artist, camel consultant, territory guide, member of the Lost Expedition and many more.

Why became a writer:

Allen Morgan became an author because he was inspired by being a story teller, a kindergarten teacher and an artist. After that he decided that he would be a good kid's author. So he started writing wonderful kids books.

Types of books:

The types of books Allen Morgan writes are mystery and adventure books for young children. The books he wrote for children are very fictional because of things like talking snowmen and talking turkeys with comic books. He is a great picture book writer.
